Prendi un pezzetto di carta e scrivi,con inchiostro rosso, il tuo proposito magico in rima. Recita l'incantesimo e spruzza la pozione sul pezzetto di carta poi donalo a Madre Natura, sotterrandolo come se dovessi piantare un piccolo seme.

La Pozione va spruzzata ogni giorno sui piedi e sulle scarpe prima di uscire di casa, durante il ciclo di Luna crescente e Luna piena.

Take a slip of paper and using red ink, write down your magical resolution in rhyme. Roll up your wish as if it were a little scroll and spray it with the potion. Recite the spell facing the moon and bury the scroll as you would plant a little seed, thus bestowing it to Mother Nature.

The potion should be sprayed on the feet and shoes every day before leaving the house during the phase of the Crescent Moon and the Full Moon.
